What’s included in the price package?

Your flight. Our guests come from all over the world, and we want you to pick the flight that best suits your personal needs. A driver will be available to pick you up from the airport and escort you to the villa upon your arrival. Details are discussed individually to ensure the arrival and check-in process is seamless.

What if I am new to fitness?
We want to meet you wherever you are at in your wellness journey. Whether you have never stepped into a gym before or are a seasoned fitness junkie, we will meet you where you are. Upon booking your trip, we will send out a questionnaire to get to know you more to ensure that we know of any injuries, concerns, etc. Feel free to reach out to us with any specific concerns that can help us train you better.

Why should you choose Sweat Reset?
Our retreats are truly all-inclusive. Our goal is that you do not lift a finger for the duration of your stay. Your stay in our luxury villa will include a concierge, maid, chef, and personal driver to take care of your every need. We keep our groups small and intimate and we prefer it that way. Our trainers are nationally renowned and will procure only top-notch workouts.

Our chefs are local and therefore will allow you to enjoy culturally diverse and authentic cuisine using organic, fresh ingredients that fuel your body. We want you to get a taste of the culture without the food coma that follows.

What activities can I expect to see and do during the retreats?
We choose our excursions based on our destination! Our goal is to highlight the natural beauty around us, and we’ve planned for you to explore and see as much as possible during your stay. Whether it be zip-lining over waterfalls, snorkeling in some of the worlds largest coral reef, or paddle boarding across crystal blue waters, no one trip is the same as another. That’s because in every area we visit, there is new geography and culture to embrace. We can promise you one thing though, in the time that you are with us, you will have an experience that will be truly unforgettable.

If I am traveling alone, will there be someone else that is also traveling alone?
We welcome women from all over the country. Some bring friends and some come solo. While we do have private rooms available if that is something you prefer, we also offer shared room options which is a perfect opportunity to buddy up!

Can my friend and I room together?
Absolutely! We offer both shared and private room options. For more details, scroll through our retreats page to view each villa and a room layout.

What should I bring with me?
Every destination is different. Every itinerary is unique! Don’t worry though—we will be in touch with you following your booking. You will receive an in-depth packing list prior to your trip to leave you with plenty of time to prepare. And as always, feel free to reach out to us along the way if you have any other questions.

What if I have a diet restriction?
Our menus are not finalized until we know our guests’ food preferences. Each chef meets with our staff to build a nutritious menu that embraces each destination’s culture, while accommodating all food allergies and restrictions.

Will I need to rent a vehicle?
No! Please allow us to chauffeur you around for the entirety of the week. No planning or coordinating transportation is required. No tips are necessary. We’ve already got you covered!

Will there be wi-fi available?
Wifi is available in all of our luxury villas; and while we always encourage our guests to “unplug” as much as possible, it is available to you whenever you need!

What is your refund policy?
Your cancellation of participation in an Activity, Service, program, or trip will be impacted by the overall timing and circumstances. Our cancellation and refund policy, which you irrevocably agree to when you book an Activity with us, is as follows: (a) cancellations made more than 120 days from the start date result in a 50% refund to you; (b) cancellations made 90 – 119 days before the start date result in a 25% refund to you; (c) cancellations made less than 90 days from the start date will not result in any refund at all. We do not offer any type of refund or credit if you arrive late, leave early, or only partially participate in an Activity.
